On this page you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about the accommodation and services of Autocamp Sedmihorky, v. o. s.

  • What time can we move into our accommodation?

    If you are bringing your own tent, then you may arrive at any time during reception opening hours (you can find it in the contacts). With your caravan you can come from 1 p.m. In the other type of accomodation you can move in the time from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Please contact reception in the event of a later arrival.

  • Is it possible to book a specific caravan pitch/adjacent pitches/larger pitches?

    We do not book specific pitches for caravans. Booking via the online form is a way of guaranteeing that you will fit into the campsite. You may choose from the pitches that are available at the time of your arrival.


  • Is it possible to change the dates of my stay?

    You cannot change the dates of your stay. You can cancel your original booking via the link sent to you in your booking confirmation. You will then need to make a new booking for a new date.

  • Is it necessary to make a reservation for my own tent?

    We do not make reservations for tents - you are free to show up at any time. Just make sure to keep an eye on the updates on our website or Facebook page during the holiday season and busy dates to make sure the camp is not full.

  • Why can't I reach you by phone?

    Because we are currently busy checking in guests or in the campground. Please try again later.


  • When is the latest I can arrive?

    If you are bringing your own tent or caravan, then you may arrive at any time during reception opening hours. Cabin and mobile home guests should arrive by 5pm. Please contact reception in the event of a later arrival.

  • Is it possible to pay by card?

    Yes. Both for the accommodation and for goods bought at the information centre. Only refundable deposits need to be paid in cash.

    It is also possible to pay by card in the café and children's playroom Mlýn and in the kiosk by the reception. The Podháj Pension also accepts card payments for accommodation.


  • Where is the nearest ATM?

    At the reception.

  • Is it possible to book a specific cottage by its number?

    Please include your request in the notes when booking and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes. However, it depends on the needs of the guests who booked before you and the layout of the cabins in the area - see the map of the campsite in the accommodation description.

  • What should I do if I want to extend my booking?

    Please make a new booking via the booking system and include the number of your previous booking in the notes section.

  • Can I pitch my tent next to the cabin/cottage?

    No. There are designated tent fields for tents. Tents are not allowed near the cabins due to the damage to the grass, the functioning of the campsite and the conservation of the relaxing green areas between the cabins.

  • Can I pitch my tent on a caravan pitch?

    Yes, but only if your caravan or campervan is parked on the caravan pitch. There is an additional fee for the tent. You are not allowed to pitch a tent on a caravan pitch on its own. It takes up space for caravans, of which we have considerably less than space for tents.

  • Can I bring my own grill?

    Yes, if it does not damage the lawn.

  • Can I pay for my stay with a BENEFIT, EDENRED or SODEXO card?

     No.

  • Are bed sheets included in the price?

    Yes, all beds are provided with clean sheets. Towels are not included.


  • Can I bring dogs or other pets to the campsite?

    It is possible to bring a dog. Upon arrival, you need to report the registration number of the animal (vaccination card, tattoo, or chip number). You will pay a fee for the animal as specified in the price list. Animals are allowed everywhere on the campsite except the sandy beach. Dogs may enter the water from the other side of the pond or from the jetties by the road to the campsite.

  • Where can I put up my tent canopy?

    Either on the caravan pitch or on the fields next to your own tent, subject to the fee listed in the price list. Tent canopies may not be erected between cabins due to the damage to the grass, the functioning of the campsite and the conservation of the relaxing green areas between the cabins.

  • Do you have baby cots available to borrow?

    Unfortunately, we do not. You are welcome to bring your own. It can fit in all the cabins.

  • Is the pond water okay for swimming?

    We display up-to-date information all around the pond. Information can also be found at /koup_se_sedmihorky/

  • How can I get to the camp by public transport?

    Take the train or bus to the Karlovice-Sedmihorky stop. From there it is about a 1 km walk to the campsite. It is also possible to take advantage of the seasonal tourist buses.

  • Can I provide my tent with a power connection?

    There are electricity boxes on the perimeter of the U Rybníka, U dubu, and Kozákovská fields - see the map in the accommodation description. We recommend bringing a cable of at least 30 metres. Electricity is provided for a fee listed in the price list.

  • How do the showers work?

    They require 20 CZK coins.

  • What appliances are there in the communal kitchen?

    Gas cookers, a kettle, microwaves, and three large fridges with freezers.

  • Can I wash and dry my clothes in the camp?

    A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the ladies' toilets near the communal kitchen for a charge of CZK 20. Laundry can only be washed at 40 °C. Sinks for washing by hand are by the side of the toilets near the beach.

  • What should I do if I need my company's billing information on the receipt?

    Please include your billing details in the notes when booking. If not, please let the receptionist checking you in know your needs before you pay for your stay. It is not possible for accommodation in your own tent (we cannot make invoice for this).


  • What should I do if I want to make sure there will be space to pitch our tents next to each other?

    Unfortunately, we do not make reservations for tents. Please arrive as early as possible so you can find a suitable spot.
